Terms of sale

What you buy

When you buy a lifetime deal here you buy a licence to use the app, on the terms its page states: the devices it covers, the updates it includes, and its refund window.

Who sells it

Apps marked as ours are sold by BuyLifetimeApps, an independent software business registered in India. Other apps are made by independent sellers, named on each app's page, who support their own apps.

Partner deals

A partner deal is sold by the partner named on its page. You buy it at the partner's own site, under the partner's terms, prices and refund policy, and your agreement is with the partner. We check a partner deal's prices when we list it and show the day we did; the price at the partner's checkout is the one that counts.

Payment

Payment for lifetime deals is taken by our payment partner. Prices are in US dollars unless a page says otherwise.
