Lifetime deals

Each app shows its refund window on its page and in its spec sheet. Within that window, open your order and ask for a refund there: the request comes straight to us, and we reply by email.

Partner deals

A partner deal is refunded by the partner that sold it, under its own policy, which its page here sums up. Ask the partner, through the account you bought it with.
