Delivery policy

Digital delivery only

Everything sold on BuyLifetimeApps is software, delivered digitally. We ship no physical goods, so there is no shipping charge and no delivery address.

When you receive it

As soon as your payment is complete, your licence key and download link appear on your order page, and we email you a link to it. If you have an account, the app is also added to your library.

If something is missing

If your licence or download has not appeared within an hour of paying, write to support@buylifetimeapps.com with your order number, and we will sort it out.

Partner deals

A partner deal is delivered by the partner, through the account you create on the partner's own site.
